Help! I don’t know how to use the equipment
If it’s your first time on a reformer, let your teacher know. They will be really happy to show you the ropes & springs and how to set up.
Reformer set-up is key to a good experience, and we also know how tricky it can be to remember everything, so please ask your teacher as many times as you need. We are here to support you.
Which class should I try?
If you are a newbie, please book onto a basics class. They are designed to deliver the foundational moves of Pilates, and create a gradual build of challenge during the class.
If you practice pilates regularly, we recommend either the basics class, for a refresher on how our equipment works or an all levels class if you know our equipment well.
Once you’ve been a few times and know the moves, then ask your teacher about the other classes we have available that are of a different intensity.
For more info on our classes head over to our class guide.
